Around here...nobody expects 70 degree weather in March ...let alone Easter Sunday! It was BEAUTIFUL day, and we had lots of low-key fun. Perhaps the key was
low-key. With 8 kids 0-9 ...low key is just about the only the way to ensure it's fun for
everyone. Our afternoon included Easter lunch shared with cousins...and the weather mandated an outdoor hunt...so we hid eggs high and (not so hid) low...and also let the kids decorate some fun Easter (belated Jordan birthday) Bunny Cookies.

We enjoyed a phenomenal Easter Service.
Nobody ended up in the ER this year :)
...the boys have had a running count with ER on Easter!
He also gave us the gift of seeing a new (to our house) flock of birds, some evening grosbeaks, on our feeder...and we had a beautiful sunset to close the memorable day.
We are amazed at His glory and renewed by His grace. It was a wonderful Easter.
